Privacy

We collect your email address and the brief you submit, and use them only to complete and deliver your order and to contact you about it. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

To produce your delivery, your brief is sent to our AI model providers (currently DeepSeek, with xAI as a fallback) under their API terms. We don't use your brief to train models and we don't sell or share your data for marketing.

We keep orders for 2 years for accounting and support, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner, or to send you a copy, at hello@ghostorg.work. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
